Team Building @ Dash Paintball

150 Hills Rangers, over two weekends, took part in what turned out to be an exceptional team building exercise and great experience for all.

DASH Paintball Complex coordinator Kelly Trinne said, “The boys had a great time and are to be congratulated on their conduct, they were a disciplined group to work with. You can tell that they respect each other and their club, it’s great to see”.

On behalf of the Hills Rangers Football Club, I would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to DASH Paintball for supporting our club in its inaugural year.- Leah Stupar

Taping/Strapping Session – Learn how to strap players correctly

The Hills Rangers have organised a taping/strapping training session is being conducted by On The Go Rehabilitation Services.

The Hills Rangers would like to extend an invitation to all first aiders, parents and players, especially the parents of players that require continued taping for games.

It will show the correct strapping techniques to help with the rehabilitation and prevention of injuries. Which will hopefully get the players out on the oval rather than the bench!

The session will be held at Sawyers Oval on the Thursday 1st May at 6pm to 7pm.
